Wildlife Biologist, EPG, Inc.

EPG, Inc. is an interdisciplinary environmental planning consulting firm seeking motivated mid-level Wildlife Biologists for our Salt Lake City and Boise offices. Primary duties would include field studies and protocol surveys, habitat assessments, wetland delineations, preparation of technical reports in support of NEPA documents, and coordination with State and Federal agencies.

The ideal candidate will possess a Masters degree in wildlife biology, zoology, ecology, botany, or range science, 3 to 5 years of field experience within the Intermountain West region (Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, Nevada), working knowledge of environmental regulations including NEPA and ESA, experience with wetland delineation and Section 404 permitting, and experience working with state wildlife agencies and federal land management agencies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Salary is negotiable based on experience.
